Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter to support our staffing operations in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field visits, local networks, job fairs, referrals, and other recruitment channels, and ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates for various client requirements through field recruitment and local sourcing.
- Conduct field visits to high-footfall areas, colleges, communities, and other suitable locations for candidate sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong local candidate database.
- Use referrals, walk-ins, job portals, WhatsApp groups, social media, and other channels to generate candidates.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, eligibility, experience, and location.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Support documentation, verification, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS and update candidate status.
- Achieve daily and monthly sourcing and joining targets.




- Develop relationships with local candidate networks and referral sources.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team to close open positions within timelines.
- Ensure candidate attendance and joining commitments are properly followed up.
- Candidate Profile1–4 years of experience in recruitment, field recruitment, staffing, manpower sourcing, or bulk hiring.
- Freshers with good communication and strong field orientation may also be considered.
- Positive knowledge of Chennai locations and local candidate markets.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting candidates personally.
- Ability to work under recruitment targets and timelines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and recruitment applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.
