Role Summary

We are looking for a Billing Tally Expert who can handle day-to-day billing and Tally Prime work accurately. The role requires hands-on experience with billing entries, routine Tally transactions, and basic spreadsheet work.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage billing entries in Tally Prime.
- Handle Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment and Journal entries as required.
- Maintain stock-related entries and support bank reconciliation when required.
- Work with E-Way Bills using the portal or Tally, depending on the process followed.
- Handle E-Invoicing using the portal or Tally.
- Maintain basic records and working data in Excel or Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Tally Prime.




- Practical experience in billing work.
- Working knowledge of common Tally entries such as Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Stock and Journal entries.
- Knowledge of E-Way Bill and E-Invoicing processes.
- Basic to positive working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
