Position: Field Sales Executive

Gender: Female

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

- Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct client interaction.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly to build robust business relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, orders, and payments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales activity.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers when required.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in B2B/Field Sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
- Candidates from industrial, manufacturing, adhesive, tapes, packaging, or related industries will be preferred.
