Job Title: Sales Executive / Lead Generation Executive

Location: Salt Lake City, Sector V, Kolkata

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Night Shift - (10pm to 7am)

Week-Off: Saturday and Sunday

Salary: INR14000-INR30000 ( For exp people it is negotiable on there last drawn Salary/ CTC)

Experience: 6 months to 5+ year experience in outbound bpo, Freshers are welcomed

Roles and Responsibilities:

Proactively contacting potential customers from provided or researched lead lists

Explaining the advantages and features of offerings using prepared sales scripts and tailored recommendations

Asking targeted questions to understand customer needs and persuading them to purchase

Discussing pricing, special offers, or discounts to secure a sale

Qualifications:

Any Graduate

12th Pass or appeared can apply

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

Proven experience working as a Tele sales executive

Basic computer skills
