Job Summary:We are hiring a DTP Operator to handle document processing and photo editing work for US visa applicants. The role involves correcting application forms, preparing passport-size photos as per specifications, and ensuring accuracy in all submitted documents.

- Key Responsibilities:Correct and format applicant details in visa/application forms
- Edit and crop passport-size photos as per required specifications (US visa standards)
- Resize, adjust background, and ensure photo compliance
- Scan, organize, and manage applicant documents
- Verify details for accuracy (name, passport number, DOB, etc.)
- Assist applicants with basic corrections and clarifications
- Maintain data confidentiality and proper file records
- Handle printing and final document preparation




- Requirements:Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (photo cropping, resizing, background correction)
- Familiarity with DTP work and document handling
- Good typing skills (English mandatory; Tamil helpful)
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, file handling, scanning/printing)
- Preferred:Experience in visa processing / browsing centre / DTP shop
- Knowledge of US visa photo requirements (2x2 inch, white background, etc.)
