Job Profile :

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, and support positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate the joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain employee and recruitment records.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and achieve recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring is an advantage.
- Real estate recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
