About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Enrollment Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding doctors about suitable medical education courses, explaining admission opportunities, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with doctors through phone calls and explain available medical courses.

- Understand the educational requirements and career goals of doctors.

- Guide prospective students about course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

- Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into enrollments.

- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.

- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.





- Build strong relationships with doctors and provide professional support throughout the enrollment journey.

- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Positive customer handling and counseling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & Incentives

₹12,000–₹18,000 per month + performance-based incentives.

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance. Additional incentives are available for achieving enrollment targets.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
