Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in steel plants, rolling mills, SMS shops, Foundry, and allied industries.
- Promote and generate orders for engineering services, plant equipment, and auxiliary systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plant owners, plant heads, project heads, maintenance heads, and procurement teams.
- Identify opportunities for plant expansion, modernization, and process improvement projects.

2. Sales & Marketing

Promote and sell steel plant auxiliary equipment and systems, including:

- Fume Extraction Systems (FES) for Furnaces
- Secondary Fume Extraction Systems
- Ladle Transfer Cars / Ladle Cars
- EOT Cranes and Material Handling Cranes
- Scrap Pokers
- Scrap Processing Equipment
- Material Handling Systems
- Electrical Panels
- VFD Panels
- Industrial Automation Systems
- Custom-engineered equipment for steel plants

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing technical proposals and techno-commercial quotations
- Participating in tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations
- Conducting technical discussions and solution presentations with clients




- Continuous follow-up with clients for order conversion and project finalization

3. Client Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the steel industry.
- Conduct regular plant visits and technical discussions with customers.
- Provide engineering solutions based on plant operational requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

4. Market Intelligence

- Track new steel plant projects, capacity expansions, modernization programs, and shutdown maintenance opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Identify business opportunities in major steel clusters such as Jalna, Raipur, Bhilai, Bellary, Mandi Gobindgarh, and other emerging regions.

5. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with engineering, design, manufacturing, and project teams for proposal preparation and project execution.
- Ensure smooth technical clarification, documentation, and communication between client and internal teams.
