The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, accounts payable/receivable, and statutory accounting processes.

- ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform regular bank, payment, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and accounting statements.
- Assist with GST/TDS filing and related compliance activities.
- Handle preparation and review of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Assist in balance sheet preparation and analysis.
- Verify invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting entries.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Use MS Excel and MS Office for reports and accounting data management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment and account-related requirements.
- Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on time.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experienced Tally Accountant with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, GST/TDS, reconciliations, and accounting processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and numerical skills.
- Able to independently manage routine accounting and reconciliation activities.
- ? SALARY & INCENTIVES:
- ? Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
- ? Salary/Incentive based on skill and experience
