We are looking for a B2B E-Commerce Platform Executive to manage our B2B e-commerce platform and daily computer operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, prices, images, and stock.
- Process and manage customer orders.
- Update inventory and product information.
- Handle customer queries through phone and WhatsApp.
- Track orders and coordinate with the delivery team.
- Manage basic computer and office work.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce platforms.
