Job DescriptionCodeStrokes Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager / Executive who is passionate about IT Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Business Development.

The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, communicating with international clients, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms
- Search and bid on relevant IT projects
- Prepare effective proposals and project pitches
- Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements
- Follow up with leads and manage client relationships
- Negotiate and close deals
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion




- Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements and estimation
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activities
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Requirements1–5 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales / Lead Generation
- Hands-on experience with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
- Experience selling IT Services, Shopify, Web Development, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
