We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management / Customer Support
- Positive computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer queries, documentation, follow-ups and back-office operations
- Candidates with experience in the Service Sector, Automobile, Insurance, Financial Services, Banking, or related industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with good computer and communication skills may also be considered.
