### About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team in Kolkata. If you have a passion for sales, client acquisition, and building strong business relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

### Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business through field sales and client meetings.

* Identify and acquire new customers.

* Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Update CRM and submit daily activity reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

### Eligibility

* Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.

* 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.





### Mandatory Requirements

* *Own Laptop (Mandatory)*

* *Own Bike with a Valid Driving License (Mandatory)*

* Willingness to travel within Kolkata for client meetings.

### Required Skills

* Positive communication and negotiation skills.

* Customer-focused approach.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
