Company OverviewPeoples Mutual Cooperative Credit Society Ltd. is engaged in providing various financial products and services, including Gold Loans, Group Loans, Mortgage Loans, Housing Loans, LAP, Fixed Deposits and other financial solutions. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage branch business, operations, collections and overall branch performance.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall business and day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Achieve branch-level business, revenue, disbursement and collection targets.
- Drive sales of financial products such as Gold Loans, Group Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, Housing Loans and Deposits.
- Generate recent business through customer acquisition, field visits, referrals and local market development.
- Manage and motivate branch sales, credit, operations and collection teams.
- Allocate targets to team members and monitor their daily performance.
- Ensure timely achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor branch collections and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer relationships.
- Ensure proper verification and documentation of loan applications before processing.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth and timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor branch cash, records, documents and other operational activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and security of customer and branch records.
- Conduct regular review meetings with branch employees and provide guidance for improving performance.




- Identify business opportunities in the local market and develop strategies to increase branch profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline and productivity.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor the performance of sales and collection staff.
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports to the Regional / Area Manager.
- Ensure zero tolerance towards fraud, misappropriation, documentation irregularities and policy violations.
- Support internal, statutory and audit requirements and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

- EligibilityQualification: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance or Financial Services.
- Prior experience as Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Head preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lending, collections, sales and branch operations.
- Good communication, leadership and team-management skills.
- Should have good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development and monitoring activities.

CompensationSalary : Competitive salary based on experience, qualifications and performance.
