? Eligibility• Any Graduate (B.Tech not eligible)

• Minimum 60% in Graduation

• Age: 26 years or below

? Key Responsibilities• Lead generation through cold calling

• Personal loan pitching & cross-selling

• Customer relationship management

• Basic loan documentation & preliminary KYC verification

• Customer follow-ups and interest renewal calls

• Achieving monthly lead and business disbursal targets

? Salary Structure• 1–6 Months:



₹14,000/month

• 7–12 Months: ₹18,000/month

• 13–18 Months (Probation): ₹27,000/month

• After 18 Months: ₹33,333/month

• Retention Bonus: Up to ₹1 Lakh, based on performance criteria

? Internship Period: 1 Year
