Role: Computer Operator & Customer Relationship Executive

Industry: CCTV & Security Systems Showroom

Location: Shop Number 70, Jeevan Plaza, Viram Khand 5, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Depending on experience)

Candidate Preference: Experienced Male Candidates Only

Job Responsibilities:

· Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and explain CCTV products and security solutions.

· Computer Operations: Handle daily computer work including billing, creating quotations, and maintaining inventory or stock records.

· Order Management: Coordinate and follow up on customer orders and technical installations.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Technical:



Valuable hands-on experience with computers (MS Office, Excel, Internet, and basic billing software).

· Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to pitch and deal with clients confidently.

· Experience: Prior experience in a CCTV, electronics, or retail showroom is highly preferred.
