About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full Stack Trainer to train and mentor interns in modern web application development. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured technical training, conducting hands-on sessions, guiding interns through real-world projects, and evaluating their technical progress.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in both front-end and back-end development, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

- Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive training on Full Stack Web Development to employees.
- Prepare and follow structured training plans, course materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct interactive classroom/online sessions with a strong focus on hands-on learning.
- Teach employees how to design, develop, test, debug, and deploy web applications.
- Guide Employees through real-world projects and industry-standard development practices.
- Conduct coding exercises, assessments, technical interviews, and regular progress evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify areas where interns need improvement.
- Mentor interns on coding standards, problem-solving, debugging, and software development methodologies.
- Introduce Employees to Git, GitHub, APIs, databases, deployment, and CI/CD concepts.
- Stay updated with current technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.




- Collaborate with technical teams to align training content with organizational/project requirements.
- Maintain training documentation and track individual employee performance.

Technical SkillsFront-EndStrong knowledge of:

- HTML5

- State management concepts

Back-EndExperience with one or more of:

- Node.js / Express.js
- Java / Spring Boot
