Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist – Non-IT to join our HR team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Non-IT recruitment, bulk hiring, mass hiring, and volume recruitment, with the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment vendors, and ensuring timely closure of high-volume hiring requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions.
- Manage bulk hiring, mass hiring, and volume recruitment requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, vendors, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth closures.
- Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors for profile sourcing and closures.
- Track vendor performance and ensure quality profiles are received within the required timelines.




- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Drive offer closures and ensure candidates join within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Required Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring, mass hiring, and volume recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for Sales, Customer Service, BPO, Operations, and other Non-IT roles will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in BPO / BFSI / Sales / Customer Service / Retail / Telecom / Service industry hiring will be preferred.
- Candidates who have handled high-volume recruitment and multiple location hiring will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
