- Preferred candidate background: Candidates from the Paint Industry will be preferred, with a valuable understanding of paint products, application and technical aspects.
- Candidates from the Building Materials Industry can also be considered, specifically from:
- Paint
- Adhesives
- Tiles
- Waterproofing (Plumbing profiles will not be considered)
- Candidates should ideally have experience in After-Sales Service / Technical Service.
- Experience: 1 years of relevant experience.
- The candidate should have experience in training contractors, including both trained and untrained contractors.
- Candidates should be comfortable conducting technical/product training in groups or batches.
- The role will also involve quality checks/inspections across different locations, along with regular field visits.
- Education: 12th pass and above with relevant experience can be considered.
- The position will be an Individual Contributor (IC) role and will report to the ASM. There will be no direct team handling.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; working hours may extend depending on business requirements.
