Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, develop new customers, maintain existing client relationships, and promote FMCG products in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other potential customers.
- Generate new leads and develop recent business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Promote and explain FMCG products, offers, schemes, and pricing to customers.
- Take regular orders and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and market demand.
- Conduct market visits and collect information about competitors, pricing, and new products.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with distributors, sales teams, and internal departments.




- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on market activities.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts when required.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and market events.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 6 months–3 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Marketing, Retail Sales, or Distribution preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the local market and retail network will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for field sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting is preferred.
- Must have a positive attitude, good discipline, and strong follow-up skills.
