✍️Key Requirements for this Role:

✅Min 1-5 Years in Mobile Sales, Smartphone Sales

✅Prior Experience in Product Demonstration, Walk-in Customer handling, Retail Sales, Counter Sales, Retail Operations, Product Pitching Etc.

✅Qualification - Min 12th, Graduation

✅ Strong knowledge of Mobile Phones

Role Overview: We are looking for a customer-focused Apple Sales Professional to join our Apple Exclusive Store. The candidate will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, understanding customer needs, demonstrating Apple products, and driving store sales.

?Key Responsibilities Include:





✅Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.

✅Demonstrate and explain Apple products including iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch and Accessories.

✅Recommend the right Apple products and solutions based on customer needs.

✅Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling.

✅Maintain strong knowledge of Apple products, features, offers, and ecosystem.

✅Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

✅Support product displays, merchandising, stock coordination, and store upkeep.

✅Handle customer queries and coordinate for after-sales support when required.

✅Maintain accurate sales/customer records as per store process.
