We are looking for a Field Operations Supervisor to manage and coordinate our field technicians and daily service operations.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and assign daily service jobs to technicians.
- Track technician attendance, location and job status.
- Coordinate with customers and technicians to ensure timely service.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle technician replacements and urgent service requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service partners.
- Verify job completion, photos, reports and payments.
- Maintain daily operations reports.




- Support the founder/team in managing day-to-day field operations.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in field service / technician / home services operations.
- Experience with AC, electrical, plumbing or appliance services is preferred.
- Good communication in Tamil; basic English is sufficient.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and mobile applications.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Should be responsible, punctual and willing to travel across Chennai.
