US IT Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team and handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the United States. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals with strong knowledge of US staffing processes and work authorization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Understand IT job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for various technologies and roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, clients, and hiring managers.
- Maintain and build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate rates/salary and manage candidates through the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.




- Develop strong relationships with candidates and understand their career preferences.
- Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and recruitment practices.

Required Skills:

- Experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, job roles, and US recruitment processes.
- Good understanding of US work authorization such as H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, EAD, GC, and US Citizens.
- Experience working with C2C, W2, and contract/contract-to-hire positions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
