Position: Sales Executive / Sales ManagerJob Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through calls, online enquiries, references, and market visits.
- Handle customer enquiries for brick making machines, block making machines, paver block machines, and related machinery.
- Explain product specifications, pricing, payment terms, and installation/service details to customers.
- Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper customer records and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and service teams for customer requirements.




- Build robust and professional relationships with customers.
- Participate in field visits and business development activities when required.
- Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to achieve monthly targets.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi communication is required; English knowledge will be an advantage.
- Experience in machinery, construction equipment, or industrial sales will be preferred.

Experience:0–5 Years
