* Females: Morning 6: am to After noon 3:00 pm

* Males: Morning 7: am to night 12:00am (any 9 hours shift)

? Job Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries through voice calls

* Resolve customer concerns with accurate information

* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards

* Record customer interactions accurately in the system

* Follow company processes and achieve performance targets

? Required Skills:

* Valuable communication skills in English + Telugu (or) English + Kannada

* Basic computer knowledge

* Customer handling and problem-solving skills

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts

* ₹20,000 CTC(Same for Experienced and Freshers)
