Business Development Manager –Sales & Marketing

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting our software/digital solutions, and converting appointments into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit clients based on appointments scheduled by our telecalling team.
- Meet business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Present and explain our company's software/digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into customers.
- Negotiate and close deals.




- Maintain regular updates on client visits and sales activities.

Requirements:

- 6 months–5 years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales / B2B / B2C Sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting and speaking with business owners.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Personal Laptop
- Valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
