We are looking for a motivated & target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing business in Murshidabad & nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit dealers, retailers, contractors & potential customers

* Generate new business and maintain strong customer relationships

* Promote and sell building materials and construction-related products

* ? Achieve monthly sales targets

* Follow up for timely payment & collection

* Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer network

* Submit regular sales & market visit reports

Requirements:

* 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred

* Experience in Building Materials / Construction / Hardware / Paints will be an advantage

* Good communication & negotiation skills

* Own two-wheeler & smartphone required

* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

* Self-motivated, hardworking & target-oriented
