Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Job Location: Chrompet, Chennai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and organized Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising execution, ensuring structural quality, managing site workers, and keeping track of materials.

- Key Requirements & EligibilityAge Limit: 23 to 35 years
- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 1 or 1+ years
- Languages: Tamil (Mandatory), English (Basic to Working level)
- Responsibilities Supervise daily site work according to structural and architectural drawings.
- Manage labor, contractors, and material deliveries in office.




- Maintain safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Perform site measurements and track daily work progress.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
- Skills NeededKnowledge of site execution, concrete work, and structural layout.
- Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / AutoCAD is a plus).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
