In this role, you will undergo a structured rotation program to master the entire loan lifecycle, including credit appraisal, risk assessment, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement. This position is designed to quick-track high-potential candidates into leadership or specialist roles within our lending business.

Business Development: Sourced and acquire new loan clients (retail, mortgage, SME, or corporate) to meet divisional targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Guide borrowers through the application process, resolving queries and ensuring high satisfaction.

Market Research: Monitor financial markets, regulatory changes, and competitor loan products to identify growth opportunities.
