? Job Role Customer Support Executive for BPO (Both International and Domestic)

? Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and provide excellent customer support.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Maintain accurate customer information and records.

Follow company processes, quality standards, and guidelines.

Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.

? EligibilityQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Good communication skills in Hindi / English

Basic computer knowledge

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in a BPO/customer-service workplace

? Salary₹(20000 to 40000) per month + Incentives(depends on Selected Process)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day / Night shifts as per process

Work Mode: Work From Office
