Job Description

Panther E-Rickshaw is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource operations and support the organization in building a productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.

- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee grievances.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

- Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention activities.

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.





- Support management in various HR-related initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to handle HR operations independently.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software will be an advantage.
