Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our construction company. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, along with good accounting skills and fluent English communication.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle Tally accounting software and ensure accurate data entry.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Manage cash and bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, clients, and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Assist with GST,



TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements as applicable.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is required.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Fluent English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a construction company will be an added advantage.
