Team Leader – Data Entry & Process Management, We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and supervise a Data Entry & Process Management team handling multiple international projects.

- Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise a team handling data entry, data processing, data management, web research, and data mining projects.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, accuracy, attendance, and task completion.
- Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- Handle multiple international client processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communicate directly with international clients on a daily basis through email, calls, and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements and communicate instructions clearly to the team.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly productivity and process status reports.
- Identify process issues, resolve team-level challenges, and escalate critical matters when required.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure the team follows client-specific SOPs and guidelines.
- Train, guide, and support team members to improve productivity and accuracy.





- Required Experience & Skills - 2+ years of experience in Team Leader / Team Handling roles in BPO, KPO, data entry, or back-office operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with different types of Data Entry, Data Processing, Data Management, Web Research, and Data Mining projects.
- Experience handling international clients and projects.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident in handling daily client communication, including calls and online meetings.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data-processing tools.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Experience in preparing productivity, quality, and operational reports.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience managing international BPO/KPO projects and regularly communicating with clients from the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, or Europe will be preferred.
