We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our service team.

Key Responsibilities:•

? Attend and handle customer calls professionally

• ? Manage and update CRM with customer complaints and service requests

• ?‍? Coordinate and manage field engineers for timely service completion

• ? Assign service calls to engineers and follow up on pending complaints

• ? Monitor daily service calls and ensure proper closure in CRM

• ? Coordinate between customers, engineers, and the service team

• ? Prepare basic daily service reports and follow up on pending cases

Candidate Requirements:• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM software

• Valuable coordination and follow-up skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Prior experience in customer care / service coordination will be an advantage
