Position: Telecaller Executive

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Shift: Day Shift

Week Off: Rotational

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain services and provide required information.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and services.
- Maintain call records and update system data.
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets.
- Handle customers professionally and politely.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with experience in Collections, Sales, Customer Support, or BPO will have an added advantage. DRA-certified candidates are preferred for higher salary slabs.
