Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Holiday Package Sales The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting premium vacation packages, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
- Promote and sell company vacation packages.
- Explain holiday packages, travel itineraries, pricing, offers, and perks clearly.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and customer support
- Promote seasonal offers, tour packages, and travel memberships

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle outbound sales calls confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.

Eligibility

- Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in telesales, telemarketing, travel sales, or customer support is preferred.
