Mi Casa Su Casa manages multiple short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and other platforms. We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented person to handle guest communication from home.
? Note: This is a remote role but only open to candidates based in Mumbai.
- Key Responsibilities:Chat with guests on Airbnb, WhatsApp, etc.
- Send booking details, check-in info, and house rules
- Change prices and calendar availability when needed
- Ask for reviews after guest checkout
- Coordinate with housekeeping or support staff if required
- Requirements:Must be based in Mumbai
- Good written English (Hindi is a plus)
- Familiar with WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and basic tech tools
- Prior hospitality/customer support experience preferred
Details:Job Type: Work from Home
- Schedule: No fixed shift (Adaptable timing based on guest needs)
- Salary: ₹10,000/month
- Experience: 0–3 years
