? Key Responsibilities

✅ Achieve GPW and business targets for the assigned territory

✅ Recruit and onboard new agents

✅ Activate, train and develop the agency channel

✅ Maintain business quality and hygiene standards

✅ Drive business across multiple product lines

✅ Motivate agents and build long-term relationships





✅ Monitor competitor activities and market developments

✅ Review agent performance and take corrective actions when required

? Who Can Apply?

✔ Graduate candidates with 1+ year of experience

✔ Experience in Life / General / Health Insurance Agency Sales

✔ Candidates from non-insurance sales backgrounds with relevant sales experience can also apply

✔ Robust communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Target-oriented with good perseverance

✔ Adaptable, energetic and willing to learn

✔ Experience in developing a territory from scratch will be an added advantage
