? Location: IMT Manesar, Sector 6, Gurugram, Haryana
? Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
- Job Profile:Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat support.
- Assist customers with product information, order updates, and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending queries.
- Candidate Requirements:Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer support experience preferred.
- Candidates residing in Gurugram will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
