Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans aligned with project milestones and architectural BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and contractors; float RFQs (Request for Quotations), and analyze comparative statements.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules, establishing long-term rate contracts for high-volume supplies.
- Material & Inventory Oversight: Manage site stores, track inventory levels (FIFO, min-max thresholds), and monitor Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) to minimize wastage.
- Cost Control & Reporting: Track budgets against actual expenditures and generate regular MIS (Management Information System) reports on spending and stock status.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with project engineering, site execution, legal, and finance departments to resolve supply disputes and process invoices.
