We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Chinese & Mocktail Chef to join our hotel team. The candidate should be skilled in preparing Chinese dishes, fast food items, mocktails and beverages while maintaining good taste, presentation and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Chinese dishes such as Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli Paneer, Momos, etc.
- Prepare mocktails, shakes, cold coffee and other beverages.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
- Handle food preparation, cooking and plating as per hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.
- Manage food stock and minimize wastage.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Handle room-service and takeaway orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-office team during busy hours.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Chinese Chef / Fast Food Chef / Mocktail Chef preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Chinese cooking and beverage preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Candidates with hotel, restaurant or cloud-kitchen experience preferred
