Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations in the winding wire, magnet wire, copper/aluminium wire, and cable industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, achieving revenue targets, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage the complete sales function across domestic and/or international markets.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as transformers, motors, generators, alternators, electrical equipment, automobiles, and power industries.
- Manage sales of winding wires, magnet wires, copper/aluminium wires, cables, and related electrical products.
- Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and market development strategies.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and payment conditions with major customers.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy working capital. Coordinate with
