About Us: spillhouse is a specialty coffee hub and community space. We host events like live music, workshops, and more, creating a unique coffee experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Educate customers about our coffee and menu.
- Train and mentor junior baristas.
- Participate in cafe events and promotions.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in a coffee shop/restaurant.
- Solid knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with preferred companies is a plus.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
