About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team on a Work From Home basis. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services/offers, answering queries, and generating qualified leads.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/data.
- Explain products, services, offers, and promotional campaigns clearly.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for qualified leads.
- Maintain a professional and positive communication style.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.




- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead-generation experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
- Must have a smartphone and a stable internet connection.
