Hiring AR Callers for its US Healthcare process across Ahmedabad, Mumbai & Chennai.

? Locations: Ahmedabad | Mumbai | Chennai

? Experience: 6 Months to 2+ Years

? Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month

? Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

? Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable activities for the US Healthcare process

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding claims

• Follow up on claim status, denials, payments & outstanding balances

• Identify and resolve claim-related issues

• Maintain accurate claim/account records

• Follow up with insurance companies for timely reimbursement





• Achieve individual & team productivity and quality targets

? What We’re Looking For

• Experience in AR Calling / US Healthcare / Medical Billing preferred

• Robust verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding of US Healthcare & Insurance processes

• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM shift

• Candidates must be comfortable attending a walk-in interview
