- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all security guards deployed at the assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site rounds and security patrols as per the schedule.
- Check security guards’ attendance, uniform, grooming, discipline, and alertness.
- Ensure all security posts are properly manned throughout the shift.
- Monitor shift handover and takeover procedures.
- Immediately report any security incident, complaint, or unusual activity to the concerned senior.
- Prepare and submit daily security and site inspection reports.
- Monitor visitor entry, vehicle movement, material inward/outward, and gate-pass procedures.
- Check CCTV systems, security equipment, and other security arrangements regularly.
- Provide proper instructions and on-site training to security guards.
- Ensure suitable relievers are arranged in case of guard absenteeism.




- Coordinate with the client and Facility Management team for site-related security matters.
- Take immediate action during emergencies and inform the concerned senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, SOPs, and site requirements.
- RequirementsExperience as a Security Supervisor, Security Officer, or Security Rounder.
- Experience in a Facility Management company will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team of security guards.
- Willingness to conduct regular site rounds and patrolling.
- Responsible, disciplined, alert, and physically fit.
- Willingness to travel between assigned sites from Bandra West to Andheri.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
