About the RoleWe are looking for a Inside sales Executive responsible for generating business through outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining financial products, and converting leads into customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads/database.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility and documentation requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales/field team for further processing of qualified leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.




- Ensure timely updating of calling sheets/CRM/ATS with customer remarks and follow-up status.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales aptitude can be considered.
- Prior experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales / BFSI Sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Loan, Credit Card, CASA, Personal Loan, Home Loan or LAP telesales will be preferred.
