We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who can independently manage day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, and other platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling all orders, processing cancellations, returns and refunds, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams, maintaining inventory, creating and updating product listings, uploading product images, titles, descriptions, pricing and specifications, optimizing listings for better visibility and sales, monitoring marketplace performance, resolving listing and account issues, managing customer reviews and feedback, and preparing regular sales and inventory reports. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, good communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple marketplaces efficiently.
