? Job Responsibilities

- Manage international flight bookings for US & Canada customers.
- Understand travel requirements and suggest suitable itineraries.
- Search fares & availability using Amadeus GDS.
- Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle cancellations, refunds, reissues, and schedule changes.
- Provide pre‑sales & post‑sales support via calls, emails, and chat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales & revenue targets.
- Work in US/Canada business hours (night shifts included).
