Duties & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

1) Must be proficient in Tally.

2) Provide financial information to the company and prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Manage all accounting transaction

3) Substantiate financial transaction by auditing documents.

4)



Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.

5) Settle financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

6) Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

7) Maintain financial security, all voucher entry in tally, stock handling, stock maintain in tally, preparing sale invoice, GST, GST Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation.

8) Ensure the company is compliant with all tax regulations, Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
